About the Event
The Garden City Comedy Festival is proud to present the Grassroots Comedy Contest! The search for comedy's next top talent in Niagara! 33 comics will compete over 4 weeks of laughs to be crowned the Grassroots Comedy Champ!
Hosted by David Green and Jimmy England and featuring weekly special guest headliners, these nights are an opportunity for the next generation of talent to showcase their skills for top industry leaders.
The winning comic will receive the Grassroots Comedy Contest trophy, $500 cash, a professional photo shoot, and a feature spot on a GCCF show.
Come and cheer on your favourites as the stars of tomorrow shine in the Spotlight!
Doors open at 7pm and showtime at 8pm
